This is a drop-in group for individuals that are interested in learning and/or practicing meditation in a group setting.  Meditation and mindfulness techniques will include strategies for stress reduction, working with anxiety and depression as well as being able to become more comfortable in our sometimes chaotic lives.

Thursdays, 8:00-8:45 am, at #428 - 470 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC

Fee - $10.00/session

While this is a drop-in group, I have a limited number of spots available due to space.  Please contact me by phone or email at least one day ahead of time if you are planning to come to the group.
